Tuanisimo Films prepares Native American
Missionary Film Projects:
- 2 projects are currently in development and slated for release in 2007-2008:
- A 3-minute mini-doc to describe the current situation and need;
- A 30-minute documentary on the life and work of two noteworthy Native American missionaries.
- Keep watching this space for updates as these projects move forward and for information on how
you can help.
Pure Love Press helping to develop brochures for
torture victims:
- There is a growing number of people who have been tortured in their homelands and are now
seeking refuge in new countries where they hope to be more safe.
- At the most recent meeting of the World Congress on Pain held in Sydney, Australia, physicians
from all over the world reported that many of these refugees continue to suffer from the physical,
emotional and psychological effects of torture for a long time afterward.
- However, when these refugees seek help from local health care providers in their new countries,
they do not often wish to reveal the fact they have been tortured as part of their medical history
(due in part to a wide range of psychological, emotional and political reasons).
- Pure Love Press is currently working in conjunction with other organizations to develop and
distribute brochures with information for both the patients and their health care providers about this
complex issue.
- Once developed, a key challenge will be to translate these brochures into the appropriate
languages and to then distribute them to the wide range of locations worldwide where they are
needed.

Scholarship Drive for Broken Arrow Bible Ranch:
- The Broken Arrow Bible Ranch (a ministry of UIM International)
provides a summer camp program for approximately
1000 disadvantaged children in New Mexico and Arizona.
- On behalf of UIM International and the Broken Arrow Bible Ranch, we are asking you to send
your donations directly to UIM to help provide scholarships for children to attend a one-week
session at the Broken Arrow Bible Ranch:
Each $70 donation ear-marked for "BABR - Scholarship"
will provide one child the opportunity to spend
a life-changing week at Broken Arrow Bible Ranch.
- We are also seeking donations to provide a new personal Bible
to each child that attends the camp:
Each $20 donation ear-marked for "BABR - Bible" will
provide one child with their very own personal Bible.
